Audrey Hepburn
I love Audrey Hepburn, because hi, I’m a girl, I had an orange cat, and my ovaries function to their max potential. I also love Nudawn, but that’s not really due to my ovaries, or maybe it is. point is this post isn’t meant to take a dig at either, in case some of you halfwits out there read it that way. I wouldn’t put it past you, geniuses!
this is one of those quotes where the words “no fucking shit” come to mind. i don’t know that a time in my life existed where that quote wasn’t already a truth. things like that make sense, they’ve never been anything worth pondering or in need of some kind of explanation. they make so much sense, that I can’t understand what the alternative would be (literally — yeah, I fucking know what it would be, but when it comes to humans, socialization and well, talking — I don’t understand how people could think, conclude or believe otherwise). I don’t know that this is one of those things that people “learn” later in life. it’s not like it shows up all of a sudden. people just don’t realize things accordingly. so it has to be reiterated. and hopefully by someone famous, because unfortunately that means something.
maybe this is because of my “childhood” or whatthefuckever, but I think the reason this seems like common sense (to me, at least), is because people are fucking liars. people say things they want you to hear, so that you may believe it (unless it’s some reverse psychology bullshit, which p.s. it’s still bullshit and that person probably is, too). that’s why they speak audibly to one another. I’m not saying they’re all lying, but, why should you believe one person’s opinion of someone else? can’t you make your own? and why should you trust them and their experiences? you don’t believe everything everyone says, right? or we’re you that kid who followed some strange dude back to his van because he had candy?
